Trick or Treat
Adler and Bodhi started attending daycare one day a week back in October just in time for a Halloween party. Luckily mommy got to attend and enjoy the craziness of 10 babies in cute costumes. We walked around the school and peaked into all the administrators offices for candy. It was 3 floors of touring. The boys fell asleep by the end but mommy still collected their candy. Here is a few pictures of the day.

Pumpkin Carving Time
Grandma and Opa came to visit in late September and bought the boys their first pumpkins. The weekend before Halloween we thankfully had beautiful weather and ventured outside to carve pumpkins. The boys were very excited. They love new textures and new things. Here are a few pictures of our weekend fun.

Letchworth State Park
Letchworth State Park, has some of the most magnificent scenery in the US. It comprises 14,350 acres along the Genesse River. Within the park, the river roars over three major waterfalls, one of which is 107 feet high. The cliffs approach 600 feet.
The park has a rich heritage of the Seneca Indians which is well documented in the park with displays and a restored Seneca Council House.
Cabins and camping sites are also popular. If you don't want to rough it then a lodge is available.
The park offers swimming, fishing, hiking trails, hot air ballooning, whitewater rafting, and canoeing.
Luckily it is located only 45 minutes from our home. I am sure we will spend several summer days there with our boys.

Niagara Falls....Our Last Stop
Gretchen, London, and I ventured out to Niagara Falls after the Pumpkin Festival. London was a real trooper. Unfortunately we didn't get there until night fall but at least she got to see the falls glowing amongst the night lights. A big thanks to Bernd for keeping the boys while the girls enjoyed their time.

Gretchen and Baby London Visit
Gretchen and London came to visit and meet the boys. We haven't seen each other since her first baby Hudson was born, who is now sadly 4 years old. How time flies. We enjoyed a weekend of relaxing, visiting downtown East Aurora, a Pumpkin Festival in Clarence, and Niagara Falls. Surprisingly, the weather was beautiful. She must have brought it with her from Texas as before her arrival it rained all week long.
London was such a joy. I loved watching her chase the cat. She now has a new word "kitty". I think this means a new kitty will be visiting the Holladay house for Christmas. If you have never met London, no worries she is just a mini version of Jason. I have to say she is also popular amongst the Japanese people who wanted to take her photo.
